Politician of the Year in 2013, has once again become president of Russia Vladimir Putin, the second place was the head of the Ministry of Defense Sergei Shoigu.
According to VTsIOM Director General Valery Fyodorov, a politician, 44 percent of respondents named Putin. In second place - Sergei Shoigu - 8 percent, and in third place is the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov.
Fedorov also said that in 2012, Putin also heading the ranking politician of the year, but the percentage was higher - 54 to second place in that year was Dmitry Medvedev - 16 percent, and the third Sergei Shoigu - 13 percent.
"Falling interest in elections, federal elections was not in this year, the agenda that we need to decide how we live on was not, therefore downgrade all the politicians"
