 Green Diet: Lose Weight on spicy herbs  Balkan nutritionists offered challenging, but highly effective green diet.

July and August - the perfect time to try a completely new concept of food based on eating very large amounts of spicy greens. The basis of the diet - light protein foods (chicken, turkey, fish, shrimp), cheese 5% fat, oatmeal, natural black coffee, and most importantly - herbs: dill, fennel, spinach, lettuce, basil, arugula, cilantro, green onions and some other types of greenery. Completely banned any bread, in addition, will have to drastically reduce the amount of salt, and the total amount of oil (vegetable and cream) shall not exceed 1 tablespoon per day.

Green diet   calculated for 3 weeks, the number of meals - 6 times a day. Average calorie does not matter, it is important to comply with three principles:

  1. The first and last meal - always with the participation of the protein product.
  2. Mandatory meal for lunch - porridge on the water.
  3. To any dish a rich green garnish.

Now, actually, about the greens. Daily rate - up to 1 kilogram of herbs and spicy roots. The greens in large quantities should be added to the curd, it is possible to cook soup (for example, in the chicken broth), and, of course, prepare salads. Important: wherever possible, leave the stalks and eat them, carefully chewing. According to nutritionists, it was rude of the green crops help to really clean up all sections of the intestine and normalize lipid and carbohydrate metabolism.

Of course, as many diets, this green diet   has its contraindications. This pregnancy, lactation, insulin-dependent diabetes, chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer disease, pancreatitis and cholecystitis. With care it is used and people suffering from irritable bowel syndrome.
