Kvass with mint and raisins

 Kvass with mint and raisins  The most useful drink in the summer heat - kvass.

Ingredients:

- Water - 10 liters

- Crackers (of Borodino bread) - 1kg

- Sugar - 4 cups

- Mint infusion (50 g mint) - 3 tbsp

- Raisins - 2 tbsp

- Yeast - 25g.

Preparation:

Rusk bread Borodino pour boiling water and infuse for at least 3-4 hours. The resulting wort is drained into another bowl, cool, add sugar, mint infusion, yeast and leave for 3-4 hours for fermentation.

Fermented mash pour into a clean bottle, add the zest of 2 and without closing, kept at a temperature of 18-20 ° C until the bubbles. After that cork the bottle and bring in a cold room, put on 1-2 days.
