Israeli scientists have found that being in a coma, patients are able to distinguish between the faces of his family for their people. Consequently, their condition is not completely "vegetable."

We note that earlier this year, researchers from the University of Cambridge found that Flatliners not only react to all sorts of external stimuli, but can answer questions requiring direct answers "yes" or "no." The same conclusion was drawn by researchers from the Canadian Western University. Both groups of researchers relied on the famous experiments of British and Belgian scientists conducted a few years ago.
They made comatose patients to submit to the head or a tennis match, or a stroll through familiar places. One picture is indicated by the words "yes" and the other "no". Flatliners then answered questions using this imaging technology. (READ MORE)
