Many people who are due to a busy schedule you can not normally get enough sleep during the week, choose to compensate these hours on weekends. Scientists have found that this tactic is not good for health.

Dr. Carter recommends to deal with lack of sleep than using extra sleep in the morning, and the earlier you go to sleep at night. Including Saturday and Sunday. And lack of sleep can be compensated for the work week by eight hours of rest in the weekend, but not prolonged in the morning and start earlier in the evening.
