Scientists from Belgium came to the conclusion that the blood group diet of man, which has become very popular in recent years, in fact, ineffective. It is much more correct, experts say, focus on the use of healthy foods.

Blood group diet was developed by the American doctor Peter D'Adamo, who shared four blood groups, and assign each of them a name. According to this method, the digestive system of people with different blood groups differently perceives certain foods as blood indicates than human ancestors were busy. Business activity has an impact on nutritious diet and can cause intolerance to certain foods, so each group should be eaten only some of them.
However, a group of Belgian researchers led by Philip Vandekerchhova found that in fact the success of the diet for blood group is not confirmed by scientific research. So among 1415 articles on the subject have found only one authoritative scientific work indirectly for the problem. It stated that people with different blood groups in different ways affects diet low in fat.
The researchers stress that the blood of a person depends on the proteins that are located on the surface of red blood cells and antibodies. The hypothesis that the blood can somehow affect the person's life, they take a very skeptical.
