Risk of drinking alcohol during pregnancy is usually explained by the negative consequences for the development of the fetus in the womb. However, the study, carried out by scientists from Denmark found that contrary to popular "horror stories", the children of those women who allow themselves to drink in his "interesting position" - in no way inferior to their peers from mothers trezvennits.
"If a woman during pregnancy rarely drinks alcohol, it does not increase the risk of variations in the behavior of her child in the future", - said the authors of the study wrote International Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
During the experts analyzed the lifestyle and performance analysis of about a thousand pregnant women.
