The researchers concluded that between expressive habit of getting angry and cardiac function in women there is a connection, but it is complex and not fully understood. Experts believe that women's emotions may indicate an increased risk of certain diseases. Research anger was aimed at improving the diagnosis of heart disease in women - anger scholars regard to the evaluation of the risk of ischemia syndrome in women. In their study included 636 women who had pain in the chest or other potential signs of coronary artery disease.

Study participants underwent standard tests for measuring the level of anger and hostility. The researchers measured how much each of the subjects were prone to anger, and how to express anger outwardly - rapidly or, conversely, restrained.

It is significant that in women who had a habit of expressing his anger "parading" angiogram recorded the presence of blood clots in the heart arteries. And the more express anger, the more noticeable are the symptoms of thrombosis.

Thus, the researchers concluded that women who tend to outwardly express their anger might be at high risk of blood clots.
