Salad with chicken and pasta

 Salad with chicken and pasta  Chicken salad - can serve as an appetizer or main course.

Ingredients:

• pasta - 500g

• Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp

• boiled vegetables (any) - 3 cups

• boiled chicken - 300g

• Cheese - 200g

• celery - 2 stalks

for the sauce:

• vegetable oil - 1/2 cup

• tarragon vinegar - 4 tablespoons

• sugar - 1/2 tsp

• oregano (dried) - 1/2 tsp

• Mustard (dry) - 1/4 tsp

• shallots - 2-3 stalk

• parsley, pepper - to taste

Preparation:

In a large pot, pour water, add a spoonful of butter, salt to taste, bring the water to a boil. Put the pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes. Tilt in a colander, rinse with cold water again, fold in a colander. Put the pasta in a bowl, mix with vegetables, chunks of chicken, diced cheese and slices of celery.

For the sauce, combine all ingredients in a pot with a tight-fitting lid. Pour the sauce over the pasta and mix well. Before serving salad cool.
