In a bitter struggle with being overweight half-hour sessions more effective than hours. Such a surprising conclusion drawn by researchers from the University of Copenhagen.
They found that a person is enough to sweat for 30 minutes a day to effectively fight obesity. It was found that the conductive for half an hour on a stationary bike or treadmill people lose an average of 4 kg within three months. But those who spend it at least an hour, to lose weight pounds less.
In the study, researchers observed the progress of 60 Danish men who were considered "severe, but healthy." They all wanted to lose a few kilograms, and find a more pleasant physical form within three months. Half of the men asked the researchers to engage in an hour a day with the obligatory wearing of the Comptroller heart rate and calorie consumption. The second group had only 30 minutes of sweat per day.
It was found that half physical exertion enough to start the removal of excess body fat and reducing the body mass index. Note that both systems are designed to exercise mode of the three classes per week, but the researchers insisted that people deal with every day.
