Lemon mousse

 Lemon mousse  Easy and delicious dessert.

Ingredients:

* Butter - 125g

* Egg - 5 pcs.

* Sugar - 200g

* Lemons - 5-6 pieces.

* Cream (fat) - 450 ml

* Berries (fresh, for decoration) - to taste.

Oil put in a deep container and dissolve in a water bath. Connect the yolks and whites with the sugar and beat with a mixer until thick foam. Connect with butter and continue beating for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, pour the resulting mousse fresh lemon juice and grated zest. Cool.

Whip the cream and connect them with lemon weight. Pour the ground in a transparent tray and place in the refrigerator overnight.

Decorate mousse with fresh berries and serve.
