Carbohydrates products It is known to be divided into simple and complex. The most harmful ones - simple, contained in the refined sugar and in products where it is present. But for the modern consumer situation is complicated by the fact that manufacturers often hide simple carbohydrates in products under obscure names on the label.
According to the experts, we should avoid products with the following ingredients:
· Corn syrup or high fructose corn syrup;
· Maltose, maltodextrin or maltitol syrup;
· Fructose, glucose, dextrose, galactose, lactose or sucrose;
· Maple or rice syrup;
· Brown sugar, panocha, cane sugar and its variants: Demerara, loose, Barbados, muskovado or turbinado;
· Med- sugar, granulated sugar or powdered sugar;
· Syrup, molasses, malt or honey.
