 How to lose weight on the alkaline diet  • Eat raw or minimally heat-treated vegetables.

• The ratio of alkaline and acidic products must be 80% to 20%.

• Eat cereals no more than 3 times a week.

• Eat fish no more than 2-3 times a week.

• Eat breakfast one yellow and one green vegetable.

• Eating meat should be very moderate. Choose lean beef, veal and lamb, as well as chicken and turkey.

• Do not eat after 18-19 hours. After the meal, you can use only herbal tea.

• Between meals, drink water, fruit juice and herbal teas.
