Cut the onion into strips and fry in butter, add to it chopped carrots, 2 min. Add eggplant, zucchini, sliced ​​julienne bell peppers, chopped tomatoes (without skin).

Stir, add the bay leaf, allspice and pepper pots of black and simmer it all over a low heat, covered. At the end add salt to taste, and add 1/4 teaspoon of sugar.
