Pear Muesli

 Pear Muesli  The United States believes that it is the most healthy breakfast in the world.


Ingredients:

cereals (oat whole grain) - 60g

hazelnuts (chopped) - 1 ch. l.

currant (small black raisins) - 1 ch. l.

pear sirop- 1 hour. L.

Pear - 1 pc.

lemon juice - 2 tsp

Yogurt - 100g

cinnamon - 1 pinch.

Stir in cereal bowl, nuts and currants. Pear cut into 4 pieces, remove seeds and cut into thin slices. Drizzle with lemon juice. Mix 2/3 of the pear slices with yogurt, syrup and cinnamon. Put on a mixture of cereal and garnish with slices of pear or other fruit.
