 Pregnancy? Eat fruits and vegetables!  Fruits and vegetables for many reasons, are especially useful for pregnant women. They help reduce the risk of respiratory infections.

These data showed a new study by American scientists. Boston Research Institute conducted a lot of work on the study of useful properties of the products and their impact on the health of pregnant women. They found that daily consumption of at least seven servings of fruits and vegetables significantly reduces the risk of developing   respiratory tract infections   in expectant mothers. These infections can be very dangerous - both for the mother and for the baby and lead to pneumonia and asthma. Therefore, prevention is so tasty here by the way.

Scientists have long studied the beneficial properties of fruits and vegetables. But their impact on the health of pregnant women had not previously considered. The study involved more than a thousand women at different stages of pregnancy. The Study Group was found that expectant mothers who ate every day a lot of fruits and vegetables, protected respiratory tract infections 26 percent better than those who do not.
