Chinese cabbage salad is low in calories and has a delicious taste.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons of vinegar
1 tablespoon water
1 clove minced garlic
6 cups chopped Chinese cabbage
2 cups shredded red cabbage
1 cup red pepper, cut into strips
1 cup grated carrots
2 tablespoons chopped roasted peanuts
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
Preparation:
In a large bowl, mix together the lime juice, vinegar, water, garlic and whisk. Mix cabbage, peppers, carrots and pour the resulting sauce. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Add peanuts, cilantro, mint before serving.
