Ingredients:
300 g of spaghetti
2 tbsp. l. butter
1 onion
2 tbsp. l.muki
1 cup water
3 tbsp. l. tomato puree
1/4 h. L. dried herbs
200 grams of ham
100 grams of mushrooms
salt and pepper.
Preparation:
Melt the butter in a large frying pan. Fry the onion until transparent. Add the flour, mix well and cook 2 - 3 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and gradually add water. Put the pan on the fire, add the tomato puree and herbs. Bring to the boil, stirring all the time, until the mixture thickens.
Cut the ham into large chunks and add it to the sauce.
Cut slices of mushrooms and add to the sauce, too. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 5 - 10 minutes.
At this time, the spaghetti to cook in a large amount of boiling salted water. Drain, put the spaghetti on a large platter, pour the sauce, stir and serve very hot.
