Fried calamari

 Fried calamari  Squids - one of the most healthy seafood.

Ingredients:

squid (fillets) - 600g

onions - 2 pcs.

vegetable oil - 4 tbsp

parsley - 1 bunch

salt - to taste.

Onions cut into rings, fry in oil. Fillet of squid cut into strips and mix with the onion and fry in oil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped parsley
