Mom, do not worry, rhodium me brother!
Experts from Oxford found bond stress hormones from the sex of the child
If you want to give birth to a boy, bring the nerves in the order of at least a few weeks before the planned conception. This council gives women planning to become mummies, scientists from the University of Oxford. They watched for a year for the psychological state of more than 300 women who want to have a baby. And it turned out that those ladies who at the time of conception were in a state of chronic stress were more likely to give birth to a girl.
The women participating in the experiment, measured the performance of the two hormones - cortisol, which is produced by the adrenal glands, and serves as a "marker" of chronic stress, and beta-amylase enzyme, the increase in value which indicates a high level of epinephrine (adrenaline jumps in the short-term emotions).
During the experiment, its participants were born 58 boys and 78 girls. At the same time 50% of women with high levels of cortisol (indicator of long-term stress) girls born much more. The researchers calculated that the chances of having a girl in these subjects was 75% more than the boy. And here is a clear relationship between the probable sex of the child and the level of adrenaline - short-term indicator of emotions - was not found.
Because researchers concluded: more girls are born only in those women who found themselves in a state of prolonged stress, which provokes a difficult life circumstances (money problems, a difficult relationship with her husband or partner, conflicts with parents).
