Here is the menu of such a diet:

Breakfast - 400 grams of ripe cherries.

Lunch - chicken breast, fresh cherry juice or compote of fresh berries.

Snack - 200 g cherry.

Dinner - fresh vegetable salad, baked fish.

Before going to bed you can drink a glass of low-fat yogurt, kefir.
