Female libido is dependent on the structure of the brain

American scientists from Wayne State University in Detroit say that female libido is dependent on the structure of the brain.

They conducted a study in which researchers scanned the brains of women with various libido using magnetic resonance imaging.

The results showed that in women with normal libido while thoughts about sex are activated by certain parts of the brain, and those who have low libido, these parts of the brain to respond differently intimate thoughts.

Experts, based on the results of the study suggest that low libido is a physiological disorder, and not psychological.
