This delicious cake loved around the world.
For filling:
cream cheese (cream cheese, mascarpone type) - 600g
sugar - 3/4 Glasses
egg - 4 pcs.
sour cream - 1 cup
orange liqueur - 2 tsp
vanilla - 1 tsp
for the base:
Full-flavored crackers milled or cookies - 1.5 cups
sugar - 1/4 cup
butter or margarine - 60g
For decoration:
orange sauce
Mango - 1 pc.
mint and candied orange.
Mix the ingredients for the cake bases and put the dough into the mold. Bake at 160 o C for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix cheese with sugar until smooth. To a mixture of one by one add the eggs, then vanilla, cream and liqueur. Stuffing put on the dough and bake the cake at 160 C for 40-50 minutes, not allowing the full hardening of the top layer (it should "shake"). The cake cool, spread the surface with warm orange sauce.
Mango peel and cut into thin slices. Place the slices of mango on the surface of the cake and pour the remaining sauce. Cover and refrigerate cake, served with mint.
