Cheese soup

 Cheese soup  Cheese soup - very hearty and nutritious meal.

Ingredients:

Cauliflower - 1 pc.

Chicken (fillet) or turkey - 300g

onions - 1 pc.

carrots - 1 pc.

salt - to taste

cheese - 500g.

Preparation:

Chicken or turkey and onion and carrot (whole, do not cut) to cook in salted water (2-3l) Divide into florets cauliflower, the smaller the better. Add them to the soup after 5 minutes. from the start of cooking. Cooked soft florets knead previously withdrawing from the broth onion and carrot.

Fillet divided into small pieces. Add cheese, stirring occasionally, cook over low heat for another 5 minutes. Cover and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Serve with fresh herbs. You can with croutons.
