Egg Diet: minus 4 kg!

 Egg Diet: minus 4 kg!  The basis of the five-day egg diet, the proposed Danish nutritionists make up the egg whites, cottage cheese, semi-skimmed milk (in case of intolerance of fresh milk can be replaced with yogurt or kefir), marine fish of low-fat varieties (cod, haddock, hake), potatoes, root celery and carrots .

On all five days egg diet   completely eliminated sugar and sweets, fruits, sweet berries (acid - such as cranberry, cranberry, and cranberries - are allowed), carbonated drinks and alcohol. If all conditions you can lose 3 - 4 kg of excess weight.

Sample menu

1 day .

Breakfast : 3 scrambled egg whites, and 50 ml of milk, toast, spread with cream cheese, a cup of coffee without sugar.

Lunch : Potato soup (250 ml), a salad of grated carrot, a slice of boiled fish, a glass of milk or yogurt.

Afternoon snack : Two toast with cheese, a cup of yogurt.

Dinner : Salad 3 boiled egg whites, boiled potatoes, mayonnaise and dill, a cup of yogurt or sour.

Day 2 .

Breakfast 200 g of cottage cheese with milk, a cup of coffee

Lunch : Fish broth soup with potatoes, carrots and celery, cucumber salad with sour cream, a slice of boiled or stewed fish.

Afternoon snack : Two toast with cheese, a cup of yogurt.

Dinner : Mashed potatoes (200 g) with milk, a glass of milk or yogurt.

Day 3 .

Breakfast : Cheesecakes (2 pcs.) With sour cream and sour berries, a cup of coffee.

Lunch : Soup of carrots and celery, radish salad with vegetable oil and dill, a slice of fried or stewed fish.

Afternoon snack : Two toast with cheese, a cup of yogurt.

Dinner : One big boiled potatoes with tomato sauce, fried eggs from two proteins, a glass of kefir or yogurt.

Day 4 .

Breakfast : Oatmeal with milk, a cup of coffee, roasted protein 2

Lunch : Ear with potatoes, carrots and pearl barley salad of cooked protein 3, cucumber, green onions and sour cream, a cup of yogurt.

Afternoon snack : Two toast with cheese, a cup of yogurt.

Dinner : Rye crackers with a glass of kefir, which chopped dill.

Day 5 .

Breakfast : Eggs of 3 proteins, sprinkle with grated cheese, a cup of coffee.

Lunch : Hash on yogurt with cucumber and boiled protein, a piece of grilled fish, a cup of yogurt or yogurt

Afternoon snack : Two toast with cheese, a cup of yogurt.

Dinner : Mashed potatoes with milk, a glass of milk or yogurt.
