 Tea diet - a menu for the lazy  Simple German tea diet is based on the use of different teas at different times of the day. Weight loss - a very smooth and absolutely safe, because tea is rapidly cleared from the body of toxic substances resulting from fat breakdown.

Important conditions: duration   tea diet - No longer than three weeks, a complete rejection of any alcohol, except for dry red wine (polyphenols of red grapes "help" tea output of all the excess blood), and refined sugars. The last meal on tea diet   - No later than 2 hours before bedtime.

Afternoon snack: cold tea Hibiscus

Dinner: cottage cheese casserole, broth lemon peels

Before going to bed: a cup of chamomile or mint tea

Day 3

Breakfast: 75 g of melted cream cheese, crackers 2, a cup of black tea with lemon

Second breakfast: toast with jam, a cup of green tea

Lunch: vegetable soup with cream, risotto with seafood, green tea with chrysanthemum flowers

Afternoon snack: cold tea Hibiscus

Dinner: rice zappekanka, a glass of wine

Before going to bed: a cup of herbal tea
