 Low-fat diet better than the Atkins diet  Currently, dieticians offer their patients are two main types of diets. First - high in fat and low in carbohydrates (the most striking example - Atkins diet). II - a low-fat and high in carbohydrates. It is proved that both these diets help get rid of the extra kilos.

Australian experts have observed for 106 study participants suffering from overweight . Their average age was 50 years. The people were divided into two dietary groups, with a total restriction of the daily calorie intake to 1 433 - 1 672 observations were made during the year.

After two months were recorded positive changes in the attitudes of the participants in both groups. However, they lasted only to the group that adhered to the second diet . After a year in this group remained in a good mood, but those who have used a diet high in fat, the mood has returned to its previous level.
