Indian fruit salad - healthy low-calorie dessert
Ingredients:
• mango - 2 pcs.
• banana - 2 pcs.
• Orange - 2 pcs.
• black grapes - 60g
• white grapes - 60g
• papaya - 1 pc.
• grated zest and juice of one orange and one limetta
• powdered sugar - 1/4 cup
• black pepper (ground) - to taste
• natural yogurt.
Preparation:
Peel mango and remove the seeds, cut the flesh into thin slices, putting little pieces. Banana peel and slice diagonally.
Peel the oranges and divide them into slices. Do this over a bowl to collect the juice. Grapes cut in half and remove pits. Papaya peel, cut in half, scraping the seeds and cut the flesh into slices, collect small pieces. Place the fruit in a bowl and mix.
Place the orange juice and juice limetta, sugar and small pieces of mango and papaya in a blender or food processor with metal nozzle and whisk until smooth. Backfill lemon peel and black pepper. Pour the fruit and place in the refrigerator for an hour before feeding. Serve with yogurt.
Try to prepare this salad and other fruits, such as melon, guava or pineapple.
