Imagine a diet plan that requires you to achieve a slimming effect have more, not less. But it exists, and even promises his followers convincing results in just 30 days.

  New Diet   "Blitz 30 days" is a diet food to paint detail on every day of the week. It seems to be quite traditional, if not for one peculiarity - weight loss   Here it is allowed to eat more, not less. This diet was a response to the wishes of millions of people who want to try something different to many, but similar to each other diet plans. So, you can eat as much as you want and not feel hungry!

Day 2.   - Breakfast: oatmeal with skim milk. Lunch: scrambled eggs with ham and salad 3 eggs. Dinner: pork or lamb chops with vegetables (potatoes in the vegetable category misses!)

Day 3.   - Breakfast: scrambled eggs. Lunch: salad with brown rice, carefully chopped vegetables and olive oil. Dinner: Steak with vegetables.

Day 4.   - Breakfast: cereals brown rice. Lunch: salad of grated carrots, beets, hard-boiled eggs and cold meats, yogurt. Dinner: Salmon Steak with Vegetables.

Day 5.   - Breakfast: scrambled eggs with ham. Lunch: chicken with vegetables or salad, yogurt. Dinner: paella.

Day 6.   - Breakfast: oat cereals. Lunch: canned fish (tuna, salmon) or complete fish (trout, mackerel) with vegetables, yogurt. Dinner: beef or chicken, fried in oil.

Day 7.   - Breakfast: yogurt. Lunch: roast leg of lamb with rosemary and vegetables. Dinner: stuffed peppers. (READ MORE)
