 Greek cuisine: overeat and losing weight!  This light and tasty diet based on traditional foods of Greek cuisine: tomatoes, byrnze, olives and olive oil, sweet pepper and sea fish.

Driving power of Greek diet   simple: one day, "vegetarian", the second day - "protein." Prohibited sugar (instead, you can use honey) and beer. Dry wine and spirits are allowed in small quantities.

Sample menu of Greek cuisine for those who want to lose weight

1 day

Breakfast : A cup of strong black coffee without sugar, toast with cheese drizzled with olive oil.

Lunch 200 g of natural yoghurt with honey.

Lunch Salad of green pepper and red onion, a slice of grilled chicken, two large glasses of mineral water.

Afternoon snack : Toast with cheese and olive oil, a cup of strong coffee.

Dinner : Grilled sea bream or sea bass with thyme tea.

Day 2

 Greek cuisine: overeat and losing weight!  Breakfast : Cup of black coffee, two tomatoes, stuffed with a salad of feta cheese and cucumbers.

Lunch 2 tomatoes, 1 cucumber.

Lunch : Cold vegetable soup on yogurt, a baked potato or eggplant, two large glasses of mineral water.

Afternoon snack : Large plate of Greek salad.

Dinner : Casserole of zucchini, tomatoes and cheese, tea with thyme.

Day 3

Breakfast : A cup of black coffee with milk but no sugar, 250 g of natural yogurt or soft cheese.

Lunch Salad of cucumber, green onions and olive oil.

Lunch Salad of tomatoes and purple onion, dressed with wine vinegar, half fried sea bream, two large glasses of mineral water.

Afternoon snack : Roll pita bread with cheese and tomato.

Dinner : Casserole of minced lamb, onions and eggplant.
