The head of the federal project "Sober Russia» Sultan Hamzaev advocated the creation of the State Duma interfactional working group, the introduction of video lessons of sobriety in schools and the development of measures aimed not only at merchants that violate the law, but also to persons under 18 years of purchasing alcoholic beverages .

Members of the Expert Council also favor a ban on advertising alcohol everywhere, including online resources. In addition, they called for the refusal to sell alcohol to parents who are together with minor children.
