Scientists believe that the fashion for later generations sooner or later lead to the evolution of the female body. And after a while women will become much more fertile between the ages of 35 and older.
More women in developed countries lay childbearing 35 years later, as they prefer to engage in a career first. Alas, have children at such a late age is not that many, success comes only to those who have so-called long fertility gene .
But this gene is inherited. And the more often give birth "late mothers", respectively, the more likely children are born already having this gene, which in turn will allow them to give birth and later. Thus, purely arithmetically the number of people increases, and this leads to the gradual evolution of the female body. After several generations of fertility among women 35 and older will increase by several times.
Scientists from the University of Sheffield conducted a study which showed that early childbearing earlier was caused by including the social order. Women marry early and left a widow, they could not get married again because of age and the inability to have children.
Today, marriage and pregnancy at all times postponed "until later." And the nature of the female body adapts to these changes. "As a result of this process of natural selection, which supports female fertility at a relatively young age, may weaken, and fertility in adulthood, on the contrary, strengthened that manifest most clearly in a few generations," - says Professor at the University of Sheffield, Duncan Gillespie.
