Employees of Harvard University lead the statistics of observations that were conducted for the nurses in 8 years. All this time the specialists meticulously recorded the dietary preferences of women and recorded their attempts to conceive a child and any arising in connection with this problem.
Several hundred participants of the experiment during the observation was revealed infertility associated with menstrual irregularities. After analyzing the eating habits of these women, the researchers have established a link between the use of skimmed milk and its products, and gynecological problems, leading to infertility. Thus, it was found that women who consumed low-fat dairy products at least twice a week had a higher risk of ovulation disorders (85 per cent higher compared to the other).
