Tomato soup - tasty, healthy, nutritious.
Ingredients:
tomatoes (canned) - 1 bank
White beans (canned) - 1 bank
onions - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2 cloves
olive oil - 1 tbsp
Vegetable broth - 500 ml
pasta (shaped) - 200g
Basil - 1 bunch
pepper, salt - to taste.
Onions and garlic peel and finely chop. Chop tomatoes, beans pour out the water, throwing in a colander.
In a heated pan with olive oil to put onions and garlic, saute until transparent color. Add chopped tomatoes, the juice from the tomatoes, beans, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
In boiling salted water boil the pasta. Tilt in a colander to drain the water, put in the tomato soup.
Basil wash, dry and tear leaves. The bulk of the chop, leaving a few pieces for decoration. Add to soup, salt and pepper to taste and cook for another 1 minute.
