Easy-to-prepare, low-calorie dish.
Ingredients:
minced fish (cod) - 1kg
carrots - 5-6 pieces.
onions - 4 pcs.
flour - 1 cup
semolina - 1 tbsp
vegetable oil - 1/2 cup
water (milk) - 1/2 cup
cabbage - 200g
egg - 3 pieces.
salt, sugar - to taste.
Cut carrots thin rings, grease the pan with vegetable oil, pour it on the carrot rings and simmer 5 minutes. Add salt pinch of sugar and a teaspoon. Once the carrots browned and softened, add it to the fish mince. There also drive 3 eggs, crumble onions, thinly sliced cabbage, pour vegetable oil. All the mix, add a cup of (part) of flour and semolina, stir again. Then, in a frying pan pour the vegetable oil, water or milk, fish cakes to mold into balls, roll them in flour or bread crumbs, put the pan on medium heat, fry until cooked.
