Rice with vegetables

 Rice with vegetables  Easy and satisfying main course.

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons olive oil

¾ cup sliced ​​fresh mushrooms

½ cup carrots, sliced ​​into thin strips

½ cup chopped green onion

2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic

¼ teaspoon black pepper
4 cups chilled cooked rice, brown better

1 beaten egg
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons dry white wine
1/3 cup green peas

Preparation:

Heat the oil in a large frying pan with non-stick coating. Put the mushrooms, carrots, onion and garlic over high heat, saute until tender. Add cooked rice and cook in hot oil for 2 minutes. Driven into the egg mixture, stir and cook until tender. Add the soy sauce and remaining ingredients.
