Punitive measures against drug users become tougher

If this type of crimes involved a group of people, and the court finds that the accused acted in a preliminary conspiracy, or damages caused by their actions, are classified as "significant", each member of the criminal group will be punished for a period of 8 to 15 years' imprisonment with a fine of up to 500 000 rubles.

If the offender is to achieve its goals using his official position, he will go to prison terms ranging from 10 to 20 years. The same punishment will be applied to those who put on the needle of the child or caused damage to others on a large scale.
