Canadian researchers Queen's University found that regular physical activity helps people worry less. And it's not only about the excitement about the waist circumference.

Canadian Scientists tracked the correlation between the sense of threat and exercise. Attraction as 66 volunteer students were asked to either sit still or walk on foot, or engaged on a treadmill.
