In the depths of the Health Ministry of the Russian proposal is ripe: the citizens who work in hazardous working conditions, should have the right to retire early. But it has always been. What's new? It turns out that there are new.
"... Those employers who remain in the XXI century at the harmful and dangerous jobs, should be within a reasonable period, to take action to address these factors through the modernization of production, or compensate for the damage to their employees through an additional payment of insurance premiums to the Pension Fund," - said State -Secretary - Deputy Health Minister Yuri Voronin. Starting from 2014, the Ministry proposes to consider a phased increase in the rate of insurance contributions to the Pension Fund for employers who have jobs with harmful and dangerous working conditions. "All proposals to improve the pension system worked out in the framework of long-term development strategy of the pension system until 2050, which will be prepared by October 1, 2012, - said Yuri Voronin - every proposal has been discussed with trade unions and employers."
- Our principled position on the Development Strategy of the pension system is that the ministry has never supported and does not support the proposals aimed at suppressing citizens' pension rights established by current legislation, no matter how well motivated or trying to surround oneself their initiators - summed up the deputy.
