Experts of the European Dental Association have named a few vegetables that contribute to the development of caries and gum irritation. Moreover, the negative impact of enzymes and acids (for example, oxalic, malic and succinic) on tooth enamel does not depend on whether, in what form will these vegetables - fried, baked or boiled. Thus, it is:
- Eggplant.
- Paprika.
- Bulgarian pepper.
- Sorrel.
- Patissons.
- Asparagus.
- Courgettes.
Scientists did not detract from the usefulness of these vegetables (they contain vitamin C, folic acid, vitamin A, pectin, fiber, magnesium, potassium and many other very useful products).
