Ingredients:
1 large onion, cut into cubes
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
in 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
tomatoes - 700 g
sugar
500 g of a medium-sized shrimp
200 g of cooked macaroni
Preparation:
Fry the onion and minced garlic in 1 tablespoon olive oil until soft. Add sugar, pepper, diced tomatoes and a pinch of sugar, cook for 10 minutes. Shrimp salt, add spices and fry in olive oil in a separate bowl for 3 minutes. Stir in shrimp and tomato mixture, pour it cooked pasta.
You can decorate with fresh herbs, basil is best.
