Men want more

A total of six plastic surgeons in America perform surgery to increase penis size. This is despite the fact that according to some polls are unhappy with its size of more than 70% of men. Needless to wonder that these doctors are no shortage of customers.

This is probably one of the few activities that did not feel the effects of the recession. On average, physicians can offer men the penis by 5 centimeters, and this "increase" quite satisfied patients.

Plastic surgeon from Philadelphia Dr. Mark Solomon said recently in an interview with NBC, in a sense, an increase in penis size of men treated in the same manner in which the increase in female bust. After surgery, patients feel more confident. That's why the stronger sex provides physicians work.

Dr. Solomon himself performs one operation for at least a week. He is among the most six American surgeons who deal with the increase in size of the penis. But why do so few of them? This may be due to the high complexity of the operation.

After all, to increase penis size - it's not just to make several injections of fat (though Dr. Solomon and it does). Doctors have to use the material that is already available within the penis. Few men know that almost half of the penis is inside the body, so that during the operation, the surgeon removes the "hidden reserves".

The procedure is dangerous to health, as is a risk of nerve damage. Dr. Solomon also stresses that this procedure is in no way will not improve "sexual performance" men. Only increase the size. Any other problems and disorders need to be addressed separately.
