For centuries, science has studied the effect of instinct and intelligence processes decision-making . A new study by researchers from Tel Aviv University, found that the man in the decisive moments of need to rely entirely on instinct rather than logic and mind. In 90% of these decisions are correct, but not because we are lucky. Just these very instincts are born based on carefully analyzed information.

Even on an intuitive level, an important part of the process decision-making   is to assess the various options on the basis of which the sum total picture. Researchers have shown that people have a phenomenal ability to quickly assess this intuitively. And that means the brain is likely to have a whole system, specializing in solving these problems.

In the experiment, the volunteers had to quickly select sequences of pairs of stock market indicators, flashing on the screen, and the highest yield. Skills used in arithmetic was impossible, since figures were replaced several times per second, and remember all these numbers are not possible. To determine the profitability of each of the pairs of sequences, participants could only intuitively.

The more information they were given, the better result showed volunteers. With six pairs of numbers accurate prediction was 65%, and at 24 - 90%. Therefore, the brain on a subconscious level, these calculations are carried out so that the person did not notice anything, getting a final decision, which looked like intuition or instinct.
