The combination of meat and vegetables are not only delicious, but also useful.
Ingredients:
mutton fat - 500 g
onions - 4 bulbs
green beans - 300 g
carrots - 3 pieces.
eggplant - 2 pcs.
tomatoes - 5-6 pcs.
parsley - to taste
ground cinnamon - pinch
Carnation - 1-2 inflorescences
peppers, garlic and salt - to taste.
Mutton is cut into portions and fry with chopped onion. Separately, cook the green beans. Cut the carrot, finely chopped parsley, eggplant cut into cubes and put out all of mutton. Add peeled sliced tomatoes, once again to put out to tender. Then connect with roasted meat and boiled beans, season with ground cinnamon and cloves, crushed chilli and garlic and season with salt.
To serve hot table.
