 Lamb stew with vegetables  The combination of meat and vegetables are not only delicious, but also useful.

Ingredients:

mutton fat - 500 g

onions - 4 bulbs

green beans - 300 g

carrots - 3 pieces.

eggplant - 2 pcs.

tomatoes - 5-6 pcs.

parsley - to taste

ground cinnamon - pinch

Carnation - 1-2 inflorescences

peppers, garlic and salt - to taste.

Mutton is cut into portions and fry with chopped onion. Separately, cook the green beans. Cut the carrot, finely chopped parsley, eggplant cut into cubes and put out all of mutton.
