Pasta salad

 Pasta salad  Salad can be a snack, and a separate dish.

Ingredients:

pasta (shells) - 300g

Canned beans (preferably colored) - 400g

stuffed olives - 50g

celery - 3 pieces.

onions - 1 small onion

parsley - 1 small bunch

Yogurt (unsweetened)

for the sauce:

olive oil - 3-4 tbsp

wine vinegar (red) - 1 tbsp

Garlic - 1 clove

Basil (dried) - 1 tsp

oregano (dried) - 1/4 tsp

ground black pepper - to taste

In a large pot, pour water, add a spoonful of butter, salt to taste, bring the water to a boil. Put the pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes. Tilt in a colander, rinse with cold water again, fold in a colander. For the sauce, whisk together all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Put the pasta in a bowl, pour the sauce and gently toss.

With beans Drain, rinse with cold water, to pass on to a colander to water glass. Add the pasta cut into slices olives, slices of celery and grated onion. All the mix, cover and refrigerate.

Before serving, sprinkle salad with chopped parsley and, if desired, add the yogurt as a dressing.
