Shrimp in Spanish

 Shrimp in Spanish  Quick to prepare, low-calorie dish.

Ingredients:

200 grams of pasta (shells)

500 g peeled large shrimp

ground cumin

salt

black pepper

1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons olive oil

1 cup chopped onion

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

cinnamon

1/4 cup fresh orange juice

1 teaspoon orange zest

4 tomatoes

vinegar

1/2 cup olives

Preparation:

1. Cook the pasta.

2. shrimp, add cumin, salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large frying pan with non-stick coating on medium heat. Place the shrimp to the pan and cook on each side for 2 minutes. Remove and reload the shrimp in a bowl.

3. The remaining 2 teaspoons olive oil in a frying pan heat up. Add the onion, cumin, cinnamon, cook until the onion is tender (about 4 minutes). Increase the heat and add the orange juice, vinegar, tomatoes, olives; cook 4 minutes. Mix the shrimp and remove from heat. Mix this sauce with pasta. Sprinkle peel.
