Dermatologist Stephanie Williams of the London Clinic Future Proof Your Skin argues that certain fatty dishes and chocolate can be beneficial to the appearance, but from the use of brown lentils and risks need to avoid, even though they relate to healthy eating. It recommends that severely restrict or eliminate from your diet all foods with sugar and honey. And sugar is not only common, but also the fact that is found in fruits (fructose). The fact that the sugars cause our skin in the process of glycation - "glue" fibers of collagen or elastin with glucose, increasing with age, leading to premature aging of the skin . Furthermore, the use of sugar increases the production of key aging hormone insulin.

Brown rice can be beneficial to health, but it is rich in carbohydrates - a long string of sugar molecules that our body breaks down as fuel. Contained in the rice starch is cleaved much more slowly than sugar, and its use in food leads to premature aging of the skin . Lentils are also rich in carbohydrates and natural toxins. Instead, it is better to lean on vegetables, potatoes and sweet potatoes.

By the way, a lot of vegetables to eat, and what they are dark green, the better. Ideal broccoli, kale and collard greens, as the substances contained very useful for the skin. But root vegetables like parsnips and turnips better to eat less, because they increase blood sugar more rapidly than refined.

Our bodies need fat (contrary to popular belief, we polneem not from them but from carbs) that make skin elastic and less wrinkled. Dr. Williams recommends fasting twice a week, which helps rejuvenate, to refrain from artificial sweeteners, and from time to time to drink tequila (in minimum quantities) and dry red wine.
