 Toothpaste is often dangerous to use  If the toothpaste on the shelf in the bathroom ends too quickly - it is an occasion guard. "Abuse" toothpaste leads to the accumulation of substances in the body, severely affecting the nervous system.

For the normal functioning of the nervous system is very important balance of zinc and copper in the blood. According to scientists, such a violation may well occur in anyone who uses toothpaste too often and in large quantities.

Make such a conclusion scientists from Southwestern Medical Center at the University of Texas at Dallas prompted surveillance of the four patients who developed serious neurological disorders. They noted a reduced content of copper in the blood and increased levels of zinc. Since zinc is a common component of toothpaste, and all the patients observed excessively fond of pastas (two tubes per week), the researchers hypothesized that the relationship between violations and brushing there. Neurological disorders expressed in muscle weakness in the extremities, cognitive impairment, incontinence. When patients stopped using toothpaste and started taking nutritional supplements containing copper to restore the balance, symptoms of neurological changes began to decline.
