 "Green" diet: minus 3 kg for 4 days!  Green diet is ideal for the summer, when the sale is extremely fresh vegetables - including leafy, which nutritionists has great respect. This is one of the most popular "colored" diets developed in the late twentieth century American nutritionist.

"Green" power can not only save you from excess weight, but also significantly improve the condition of the skin, the gastrointestinal tract and nervous system. During green diet   (it lasts only 4 days and repeat it can be every 16 days) there is a chance to lose 2 - 3 kg, however, will have to completely eliminate refined sugar, butter, lard and meat broths, as well as spirits and cocktails with their participation . Afternoon snack : Crackers with cottage cheese and fresh herbs.

Dinner : Boiled brown rice with green peas and soy sauce, a cup of yogurt.

Day 3.

Breakfast : Toasts with pesto sauce, 200 grams of cottage cheese, broth hips and lemon

Lunch : Soup of sorrel, parsley and dill with egg and sour cream, salad of feta cheese, basil and dill, cucumber juice glass.

Afternoon snack : Muffin "8 cereals" with soft cheese and chives

Dinner Vegetarian risotto with fried mushrooms and capers, a cup of yogurt.

Day 4

Breakfast : Sandwiches with mashed cheese and dill, lemon broth hips

Lunch : Soup of broccoli with sour cream and garlic, spaghetti with pesto, a slice of boiled cod, a glass of juice of parsley and celery

Afternoon snack Two green apples baked with pine nuts

Dinner : Casserole of broccoli, nonfat cottage cheese and new potatoes, a glass of kefir.
