  According to experts, the length of telomeres in series decreases with the age of a person, as well as during serious ailments, that require the body to strengthen measures to "self-defense" and undermine its resources. Excessive intake of salt, as it turned out, the body does not act on less destructive, affecting the underlying cellular structure. After analyzing the results of the experiment, the researchers came to the conclusion that slowing the aging process of the human body daily with food must be strictly not consume more than 5 g salt.
